Tutorial: Flower Pressing

Some pansies that I had put in my flower press about 5 weeks ago got taken out today. I was pretty happy with the results.

I’ve put in some small blue and purple flower heads that I picked up on a walk in the grounds of Castletown House a the weekend. They look similar to forget-me-nots.

Because I’m only using the bottom two layers of the press I like to label what is where. I will also add the date  I put them in. This way I can add to the press over time.
