I love this quote from Picasso, mainly because it is so true, painting is a wonderful was to express your emotions, to chill out and relax.

I know for me, that when I need to unwind, I always turn to painting.

Sometimes I will pick something from real life to paint, other times I will choose something from my imagination.

I have a folder on my phone where I save photos I have taken of beautiful nature moments and sometimes I will look through that to find inspiration. ⁠
