NKETS Summer Camp

This Celbridge summer arts and craft camp will take place in North Kildare Educate Together School in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

The camp is on from Monday 1st to Friday 5th July. This is our first art camp of the summer holidays for 2024.

There are two camp group options this week

• Age 7-12 camp from 10am – 2pm daily
• Age 4-6 camp from 10am to 1pm daily

If you are booking siblings into separate groups the first 3 bookings per camp will have the option of the younger sibling staying for the extra hour and collecting all children at 2pm.

This offer is only open to those on the mailing list and you will get a link by email with an option to add this to your booking.

Art Camp Details

Both camps start at 10am each day. The art camps are 5 days long, Monday to Friday. The camp groups are in adjoining classrooms in North Kildare Educate Together School in Celbridge.

Price

Age 4-6 camp the retail cost is €150.00 per child with a €5 sibling discount. The TCC Club price is €135.00 

Age 7-12 camp the retail cost is €167.00 per child with a €5 sibling discount. The TCC Club price is €150.30

Projects

We do a mix of long and short form projects each day, including team art projects to break the ice on day one and get kids mixing. As we keep the camp numbers low we can make sure that shyer kids don’t get left out.

It is of the utmost importance to us that each child comes away from The Craft Corner camp with a smile on their face and hopefully an even bigger LOVE of art!

Age Range

This week of art camp we have the two camp groups.

Our age 4-6 camp is ideal for first time artists, as the camp numbers are lower (maximum of 16 children).

Your child must be 4 years old at the time of the camp starting in order to book them into this group.

Our 7-12 camp group will dive deeper into more complex projects, with a focus on drawing and textile arts this year.

Your child must be 7 years old at the time of the camp start date in order to book them into this camp group.

If your child has just turned 7 you can book them into the younger camp group if you think it might work better for them

What to bring to camp

Your child should bring a drink and food for break time.  And clothes for all weather! And please ensure your child is wearing old clothes or has a painting t-shirt.

You will get a full information email for your camp group nearer to the camp start time, so don’t worry about the details for now.

When your booking goes through you will get a confirmation message, there is a link there to fill in the camp form, this is where you will fill in any information about allergies etc.
